On Friday, September 9 2022, at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Resort in Phnom Penh, the inauguration ceremony of the Board of Engineers Cambodia Laboratory (BECL) – a collaboration with the Board of Engineers Cambodia and CAST Laboratories Pte Ltd from Singapore – was held under the high presidency of 𝑯. 𝑬. 𝑫𝒓.
