With the growth in Cambodia’s construction sector, there is an arising need to ensure the structural integrity of new buildings and infrastructure, as well as existing buildings and structures to safeguard and emphasize the importance of safety standards.
Thus BECL is set up to facilitate the quality testing and control aspects of this mission by providing testing, inspection, certification and evaluation services for the building and construction sector in Cambodia.
